What type of information do I need for the registration form?
For your initial registration give some information about the organisation you are working for, its focus and areas of activity. Once your attendance has been confirmed you can complete your profile. This profile is your virtual shop window - the higher the quality, the more participants will be interested in talking to you!
Is it possible to modify a profile?
To amend your organisation information go to "My Profile" then "Company" and click on the pen symbol to edit.
What if, due to unforeseen reasons, I cannot participate in the matchmaking meetings?
Remember companies from all over the world will be attending and all efforts should be made to attend once meetings have been accepted. We understand unforeseen circumstances may affect your participation and in such an event please inform the event organiser immediately.
When will I get my personal meeting schedule?
You will receive your preliminary meeting schedule approximately one week before the event. Alternatively you can view your schedule on the app which will take last-minute changes into consideration.
